Subscriptions and back issues

Subscriptions consist of four issues over the course of one year. Individual back issues are only available to subscribers. Subscriptions and back issues are accessed on our web site and individual workshops are provided in PDF format and may be downloaded (back issues prior to 2005 are available on our web site only). You will need a PDF reader to access the workshops. We will send you a password usually within 24 hours of your order. If you have not heard from us within 3 days please email in case we are having a problem reaching your email address.


We will post your package by Royal Mail 2nd class post or standard airmail within 3 working days of your order. Delivery charges are:

  • UK £2.00 per kit
  • Europe £4.00 per kit
  • Rest of World £6.00 per kit

We try to use recycled outer packaging unless requested otherwise.

If you are outside the EU, you may be charged taxes and fees by customs as the package enters your country. As the buyer you are responsible for all customs charges that may be incurred.


Subscriptions and back issues

Once your password has been emailed to you, you have access to Workshop on the Web and we cannot refund your purchase. You may cancel by email if we receive your email before we have sent your password. 


We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if not you can choose to return it within a limited period for a full refund of the item price and standard delivery charge.

To return an item for a refund, you need to:

  1. Email us or write to us within 14 working days of receiving the item. If you prefer you can use this cancellation form.
  2. Return the item in its original unused condition and packaging within 14 working days of cancellation.

Please package items carefully and obtain proof of posting when you return the item. Please note also that you are responsible for all postage costs of returning the item to us.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item is damaged or faulty, please email us right away. Keep the packaging as we may need to claim  for the damage. We will pay your return postage for faulty or damaged items but please do not return them without contacting us first.
